| World People's Conference on Climate Change & the Rights of Mother Earth Cochabamba, Bolivia - April 19th - 22nd 2010 Mataji Shri Natha Devi Premananda - attended the first historical People's Conference in the World. She was chosen as a delegate from North America with eleven others. On April 21st she spoke on Mother Earth to the North American Caucus. She was interviewed by Democracy Now, the local television and radio station in Cochabamba and a major TV station from Argentina. Her message during the conference was "Our Mother Earth is calling all of us to get through all of our differences and start to do what is right for the Mother Earth - Now. We are Her children and she is the Greatest of Grandmothers. Let's honor Her and respect Her. Let's resolve all of our issues throughout the Nations. Our Mother Earth is calling You!" |
